Stylish and relaxing property

Affable employees with excellent service. Marvellous location in Portinatx. - Close to beaches and main restaurants. - Not far from Punta d'es Moscarter Lighthouse.

The food was excellent we recommend all inclusive. The room was big and was having possibility for 4 beds. The room seem to be fresh renovated. The minibar was pretty big but you don't need it if you have all inclusive. All the rooms are having balcony and view to the pools/sea. It is close to sea. The pools are nice.

The location is not so good: the area is isolated so a car would be recommended and also all inclusive.There are some pipes which are going trough the room(not visible) which are having no soundproof so they can be annoying.The safe is 2.5Eu/day.They don't provide shampoo.They have less hair driers then the numbers of the room, we got one only 2 days B4 departure.The WI-FI internet connection was free but is available only in the lobby. The room is cleaned only each 2 days.The water in the pools was colder then the water of the sea; they should warm the water at least in the children pool in September. The time schedule of the meals didn't fit so much with our options. The after midnight entertainment was to noisy and it disturbed our sleep

The room was wonderfully decorated with tub and with safe for safety measures.

Comfortable stay in a nice double room with a great balcony and terrace. 🌟 the shower was a nice touch!

Our suite had a lovely partial view of the sea during our stay.

The reception staff were excellent and has prepares food for our arrival as we arrived after midnight

The entire hotel was focused on the german guests, the signs were german the entertainment and music was german the food selection was mainly german and as is typical te german guests dominated the pool area with their towels by 7 each morning and then dissapered untill 10

The location was stunning, just a pleasant stroll away from Portixol Beach. And the area was absolutely charming, not far from the style of the property and the beachfront. Nicely refurbished and wonderfully decorated room with a huge bed, we loved it.

The staff here were really nice and super friendly. Our room, a superior queen, had a great view of the rocks and even had a hot tub - cool, right? Everything looked pretty good and clean. 🌟

Lovely clean room,and very spacious balcony. The choice of food if all inclusive was excellent.

Felt strongly that the English were not catered for or considered. The hotel is mainly German. The Entertainers were also German, and music, even for children was German. Had to leave the hotel in eves and go to Portinax main town for entertainment which was costly.

I choose this hotel despite having no reviews for its location and I was not disappointed. The studios are roomy and immaculate with large terraces and lovely sea and pool views. I went on fully inclusive and found the food very acceptable - excellent breakfast and the beach bar served snacks throughout the day. The pools were excellent particually the top one - an ideal depth for 7 year olds and quieter. The hotel is predomently German but a few English were there independantly and I travelled with my 7year old daughter on my own and was made to feel very welcome and felt very safe. The entertainment was on the whole good if a little cheesy- but it was only a ten minute stroll to the main square of Portinatx.

The desserts could be improved but their was always a selection of fresh fruit and ice-creams so I wouldn't let it put you off and feel it is good value for money - I never bought a meal out and a basic picnic was offered for excursions.

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable, and it served as a perfect place to relax before my wife's birthday celebrations in Ibiza's old town.

Location. Views and proximity to natural surroundings.

Limited utensils for self catering. ie. no plates/bowels, adequate cutlery, no toaster, kettle despite having a cooker.

The location was perfect and the staff were very helpful and friendly. In fact the staff were really great and that makes a holiday really perfect sometimes.

There was nothing that I really didn't like about the hotel but perhaps the food could have been a bit better and I didn't like getting plastic glasses during the day.

This place provides beautifully decorated and spacious rooms with a hot tub and a large bed that guests love.

It was great value for money we liked the beach bar being included in the all inclusive
